Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These Gift Card Terms and Conditions (the “Gift Card Terms”) apply to all Myles Fitness electronic gift cards (“eGift Cards”) purchased and/or used, loaded, obtained, or otherwise redeemed by you (collectively "used").

By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms. To the extent there are conflicts between these Gift Card Terms and the broader Myles Fitness Terms of Use or the Terms of Sale, as applicable, these Gift Card Terms will control with respect to the use, purchase and redemption of Gift Cards. You agree and acknowledge that Myles Fitness may process your personal information in connection with your use of Gift Cards in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

In these Terms, “you” and “your” means the cardholder who Uses a Gift Card. “Online” means Myles Fitness ecommerce domain, mylesfitness.com.

When you use the Gift Card to make a purchase, the amount available on the Gift Card is reduced by the purchase amount, and each subsequent purchase is deducted from the balance. The balance will remain on the Gift Card until it is decreased to zero, at which time the Gift Card will be deactivated. You must have sufficient available funds on a Card to make any purchase or pay any difference between the available funds and the purchase amount by credit card or other method of payment deemed appropriate by Myles Fitness. 

Gift Cards cannot be purchased using promotional offers or discounts.

Gift Cards balance cannot be used towards the purchase of other gift cards.

Gift Cards are not eligible for return. 

Gift Cards can only be redeemed online and at any of our pop-ups or markets, and are not eligible to be redeemed at any of our consignment locations.

Myles Fitness is not liable for failure of delivery. You are responsible for providing the correct email address. Myles Fitness is not responsible for gift cards that are undeliverable or not received due to inaccurate delivery information.

Gift cards do not have an expiry date but they cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
